How it is checked
Every week we ask AI 3 ways a homeowner would: best (your trade) in (your town), who should I call for (your trade) near (your town), and recommend a (your trade) in (your town). Each check is saved with the date, the exact question and the full answer, on your private page. Named on any of the 3 counts.
Your part
Do the short to-do list we send in month 1 - about 15 minutes, things only the owner can do. If one is still open, we remind you in time to finish it.
How to claim
After day 90, email us. We look at the last 4 dated checks on your page. If you were not named in at least 2, every dollar you paid comes back within 5 business days - no forms.
Cancel any time
Click the self-serve link on any Stripe receipt. The plan stops before the next charge. Nothing else to do.
Yearly plan
Cancel within 30 days of paying the $790 and we refund it in full. The 90-day money-back guarantee covers the yearly plan too: if it does not pass at day 90, the full payment comes back.
